I was born in a hospital in Baltimore, Maryland because I wanted to be near my mother. I grew up in the Randallstown area of Baltimore County and after college and marraige #1 moved to the Washington, D.C. area for my job in procurement with the Federal Government, I've lived in Montgomery County since my Daughter was about a year old. When my son came along in 1978 I moved to my current location in Clarksburg, Md. I divorced in 1985 and married my current wife in 1992. I have always enjoyed military history and wargaming. In my time I have been a game playtester for some of the bigger gaming companies of the 70's and 80's, i.e. SPI, Victory Games, Inc., and 3W's. I was a game developer for 3W's and had a couple of articles published in 3W's magazine "The Wargamer". I also served as SPI's official Answer Person for all customer questions on all of their "Monster Games", i.e. TSS, HTTR, WAR, etc. I've been retired from the Federal Government since May 2002 and have loved every moment of it.
